Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation & Outpatient Clinic

Physiatrist to provide care for spinal cord injury patients at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation in Grand Rapids, Michigan - a 187 bed facility (139 acute rehab private rooms and 48 sub‑acute private rooms). Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital ranked as the 9th best rehabilitation hospital in the country by U.S. News and World Report for 2025-2026 and is a Spinal Cord Injury Model System. Position would be a combination of caring for inpatient and outpatient spinal cord injury patient population. Opportunity to work with Mary Free Bed PM&R residents and medical students. Position will be Monday-Friday, with a weekend call requirement (1 in 8).

ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

M.D. or D.O. degree

State of Michigan medical license

Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Completion of spinal cord injury fellowship ideal
