with $8,000 relocation assistance

Duties and Responsibilities:
Offer a personalized approach to healthcare and holistic medical services treating various conditions. Produce healthcare and health management programs based on individual patients’ historical data. Provide Primary Care to patients Develop health programs that are patient-specific using historical data. Monitor, adapt, and administer individualized healthcare programs Use patient health data for medical analysis and offer comprehensive wellness exams. Administer vaccinations Perform medical operations if necessary Educate patients and other significant parties about health management and prevention of diseases. Recommend patients to specialists for specific treatment/procedures. Qualifications: At least 1 years experience as a Family Medicine practitioner Family Medicine internship and residency Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine Licensed to practice in California Active participation in continued medical education and membership to a professional organization is highly preferred Able to work in Newman, CA or Chowchilla, CA
