Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our established team and be part of a company that really makes a difference. As a GP Practice Nurse, you will work within a GP practice providing assessment, screening and treatment services, and advising patients on general healthcare and minor ailments with referral to GPs as necessary.
Responsibilities

Advise patients on general healthcare and minor ailments with referral to GPs as necessary
Undertake the collection, storage and despatch of pathological specimens
Other administrative and professional responsibilities
Experience running Asthma, COPD and Diabetes clinics
What you will need
Current NMC Registration
Experience in Primary Care; ability to help manage QOF and/or Diabetes specialization is preferred
Practice Nurse experience within Primary Care is essential
