As a GP Practice Nurse, you will work within a GP practice providing assessment, screening and treatment services, and advising patients on general healthcare and minor ailments with referral to GPs as necessary.
Job responsibilities

Undertake the collection, storage and despatch of pathological specimens
Other administrative and professional responsibilities
Experience running Asthma, COPD and Diabetes clinics
What you will need
Current NMC Registration
Experience managing QOF etc or Diabetic specialization
Practice Nurse experience within Primary Care is essential
