Clinical Director of Diversion – City of New York Join to apply for the Clinical Director of Diversion role at City of New York. Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the ATI staff, clinical recommendations, and documentation for the Alternative to Incarceration Programs (ATI). Participate, facilitate, and provide clinical guidance to ATI Treatment Compliance Meetings and coordinate with leadership from case management organizations as needed. Participate in court parts, review clinical notes, and case management updates as needed by ADAs. Review arrests and make clinical recommendations for ATI programs. Provide training to interns, ATI staff, and agency staff regarding the clinical facets of ATI. Oversee data collection, statistics, and case notes for the ATI team interacting with ATI participants. Provide regular clinical supervision to clinical staff including recovery coaches, interns, and social workers. Oversee the collection of statistics for all ATI programs. Maintain regular communication with outside partners, including Recovery Center partners, and coordinate with staff facilitating weekly ATI meetings with partners; provide training on programs, referrals, and ATI case flow as needed by outside partners. Oversee the HOPE (Heroin Overdose Prevention & Education) Program and maintain the HOPE phone as needed. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements

A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, and five (5) years of full-time, satisfactory administrative experience in management, psychology, social work or a related field, including two (2) years in criminal justice or a related field; or A satisfactory equivalent. Preferred Skills

A master’s in social work with at least 3 years of supervised practice and Clinical Licensure (LCSW) or a related field; and Clinical supervision and SIFI certification. Experience in working with individuals struggling with Substance Use and Mental Health conditions. Additional Information

Salary: $95,000.00 – $125,000.00, commensurate with experience; full NYC benefits package. Application Deadline: Until filled.
