Practice Manager - The Modern Orthodontist & Portland Braces — join Corus Orthodontists to lead and empower a team, elevate clinic culture, and optimize operations across our practices in Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA. Responsibilities
Leading and empowering the team: train and coach team members on new processes, techniques, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous growth. Optimizing operations: manage clinic operations including treatment coordination, scheduling, patient correspondence, and payroll to ensure a seamless workflow. Enhancing the patient journey: assist in patient examinations, review treatment plans, and design financial options to help patients achieve their ideal smile. Building community connections: coordinate local marketing efforts, sponsorships, and events to strengthen ties with patients and the broader community. Data-driven improvement: track key performance metrics and generate monthly reports to guide practice improvements. Fostering communication: lead team meetings and huddles to promote alignment and inclusion within the team. Qualifications
Leadership skills: dynamic leader with a minimum of two years of leadership experience; ability to strengthen team cohesion and organizational values. Business acumen: ability to understand P&L statements, identify efficiencies, and promote cost savings; diverse industry backgrounds with transferable skills are welcome. Strong organizational skills: detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple priorities. Alignment with our values: integrity, continuous improvement, and community-building. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range between $75,000-$80,000 with incentives tied to individual and practice performance.
