The main function of an operations manager is to ensure that the different departments in the company follow through with the plans and devises he/she makes for the business’ success. Responsibilities
Direct the activities of the various departments in the company and is concerned with pricing, sales, production and distribution of the company\'s products. Responsible for managing the employees, creating their work schedules and distributing their duties. Determine employment requirements as well as interviews and hire prospective employees. An operations manager also trains the newly hired employees. Manage all the activities that are associated with the production of the products the company offers. Responsible for managing the performance of the employees, such as sales promotions, coordinating with different division leads, planning the layout and design of the store, and setting the prices and credit terms, as well as identifying goods and services to be sold. Supervise the remodeling of current amenities and represent the company during client meetings and negotiations. Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure. Minimum Qualifications
Fluent Korean speaking and writing a must Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in corporate, product strategy role High proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) Exceptional problem-solving skills and establishing frameworks that apply to emerging business problems Proven ability to successfully collaborate with various levels of associates Strong organization and execution skills, including ability to operate independently and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to end results Experience with top retailers, mobile carriers, or consumer electronics strongly preferred Ability to influence, lead, motivate and direct the activities cross functional resources and support groups to attain objectives, establish project schedules and execute within specified timeline Ability to adopt constantly evolving market conditions and business requirements Skills
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel Excellent organization and mathematical skills Familiarity with Windows-based computer programs Customized reports Preparing C-level strategic summaries Collaborating with cross-functional teams Korean as mandate Retail Strategy Execution Presentation Education/Experience

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $40.00 - $42.00/hr. Final offer amounts are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
