About the Role A leading global technology company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Retail Strategy Manager to join its U.S. retail operations team. This role is ideal for a seasoned strategist who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving operational excellence across retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic frameworks and support execution across various retail initiatives
Prepare high-impact C-level strategic summaries for both Korean and English-speaking stakeholders
Create and deliver customized reports, forecasts, and operational recommendations
Synthesize insights from cross-functional teams (sales enablement, marketing, supply chain, finance) to inform retail strategy
Manage project milestones, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
Serve as a strategic liaison between U.S. retail teams and Korean headquarters
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) — essential for daily communication and reporting
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, product strategy, or retail operations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of building strategic frameworks
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience in mobile, consumer electronics, or retail/carrier environments preferred
Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and business priorities
Desired Characteristics
