Insight Eye Optique is a thriving private practice with locations in Brambleton and Sterling, Virginia, delivering full-scope, high-quality optometric care in a warm, community-focused setting. The practice is seeking a full-time optometrist to join its growing team, providing innovative, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary eye care, including medical eye care, contact lens fittings, dry eye management, and myopia control.
Collaborate on the co-management of refractive surgery patients with Holzman Vision and TLC.
Grow the practice’s dry eye, aesthetics, and myopia management specialties.
Educate patients and build lasting relationships through strong communication and trust.
Represent the practice at community events (e.g., trunk shows, fundraisers, local festivals) to promote visibility and engagement.
Manage a steady flow of patients (approximately 15 to 20 per day: two comprehensive exams per hour plus follow-ups).
What You'll Do You’ll have access to advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, including Eyefinity EHR with iPad integration, Marco TRS digital refraction, fundus photography, Oculus Keratograph 5M with Dry Eye Suite (meibography, NIKBUT, anterior segment imaging), IOL Master 500 for axial length measurement, OptiLight IPL by Lumenis, and an in-office finishing lab with a luxury optical boutique.
You’ll perform comprehensive eye care and participate in specialty areas such as dry eye therapy, myopia management, ocular aesthetics, and other advanced services supporting the practice’s growth and patient experience.

Minimum Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry degree with current Virginia licensure and TPA certification
Strong proficiency in contact lens fitting across all modalities
Preferred Specialties
Interest or expertise in one or more of the following areas: myopia management, dry eye therapy, ocular aesthetics, pediatrics and binocular vision, computer vision syndrome, or specialty contact lenses
