Overview
As a Product Owner you will partner with Product Managers to turn high-level product roadmaps into software reality. You will develop and prioritize persona driven epics, features, and stories. Then you will collaborate with your Scrum team(s) to ensure high quality on-time delivery. You will also assist in the writing of documentation and release notes, perform release enablement activities, and act as subject matter expert for sales, implementation and support teams. Responsibilities
Assist Product Managers in the planning and organizing of product roadmaps and releases Define and quantify the impact of new products and features being considered for inclusion in a product release and partner with stakeholders to make effective trade-off decisions Translate client and stakeholder needs into persona driven features and user stories Create, maintain, and prioritize the user story backlog for one or many agile teams Work with Scrum teams to groom the backlog ensuring that features and stories have appropriate acceptance criteria Collaborate with Scrum teams to develop market competitive products and features Ensure organizational release readiness through training activities and documentation Act as the subject matter expert for sales, implementation and support teams What we’re looking for
Successful history of building products and capabilities At least 3 years of software product owner or equivalent experience Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Practical experience with agile methodologies and scrum Subject matter expertise preferred, but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Azure DevOps, and experience with Aha! software a plus Salary and Benefits
Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000. Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs and a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, life and accident insurance, and other voluntary well-being benefits.
