Responsibilities
Provide oversight for mental health services and case management for children and their families within Community Services Programs.
Supervise Mental Health Specialists and Substance Use Counselors; may maintain a caseload in addition to supervising staff.
Serve as liaison with external agencies and collaborate with clinical and support teams.
Division/Program Overview
Works with clients ages 6–18
Telehealth, community, clinic, and home-based services
Addresses a variety of mental health issues
Provides services to clients throughout Santa Clara County
Qualifications
Master's degree in a social science field; at least four (4) years of experience in behavioral health and one (1) year in a leadership role
License or Certification
BBS Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist
Ability to provide Clinical Supervision per BBS regulations
Valid California Driver's License; must maintain a driving record that meets company policy
