This position is a

PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

in La Jolla, CA with The Springs at Pacific Regent. The Springs at Pacific Regent is seeking an SLP to join the in-house therapy team. You can expect leadership, facility-level decision making, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment.

Base pay range $50.00/hr - $64.00/hr

Pay : $50 - $64 per hour based on experience

PRN : Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Location : The Springs at Pacific Regent – La Jolla, CA

Experience/Qualifications Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

Effectively screen/evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop a plan of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards.

Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment for communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.

Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed; make referrals based on outcomes.

Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.

Provide comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements.

Document all required information in the electronic health record and maintain patient records per company policy.
