Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Open to SLPs of all experience levels. Key Responsibilities:
Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards. Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services accordingly, making referrals as needed. Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding speech disorders. Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical standards. Accurately document all required information in the electronic system and maintain patient records as per company policy. Pay rates are competitive and vary based on factors.
