Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental treatments, including examinations, x-rays, fillings, extractions, cleanings, dentures, and anterior/premolar root canals.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for inmates/residents.
- Supervise and coordinate the facility dental program, advising on dental disease prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff for specialized/emergency care.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, inventory medications, and manage dental records.
- Ensure a safe, clean work environment and audit pharmacy formulary adherence.
- Communicate effectively with staff, inmates, and external providers.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of dentistry and licensure as a Dentist in Kansas.
- At least one year of dental experience preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Valid driver’s license preferred.
