for a community-focused healthcare facility in
Seattle, WA . This role is ideal for a clinically experienced, compassionate pharmacist who is passionate about supporting patients living with HIV/AIDS and underserved populations. Key Responsibilities:
Dispense and counsel patients on HIV medications, chronic disease treatments, and preventative therapies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, patient-centered care Manage insurance claims and maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations Utilize pharmacy software systems for prescription processing and inventory management What We're Looking For:
Active WA Pharmacist License : Unrestricted and in good standing Patient-Centered Care : Deep commitment to supporting marginalized communities Clinical Proficiency : Baseline understanding of HIV therapies and chronic condition management; AAHIVP certification is a plus Technical Skill : Experience with pharmacy management systems (McKesson Enterprise preferred) Team-Oriented : Ability to work within interdisciplinary healthcare teams Strong Communicator : Able to clearly explain medication regimens and support patient adherence Why Choose Talented Medical Solutions:
