Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds)
at an advanced primary care clinic in
Nottingham, MD . In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Highlights: Manage only 10-12 patients per day Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size) Focus on outcomes, NOT production Predictable workweek No call Fewer administrative tasks $250,000 – $280,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) $10K sign-on bonus Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health/dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement Qualifications: BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 3+ years) Procedure experience is a huge plus!
