In this role you will lead the clinical team in your region to provide extraordinary support to the community clinical operations teams. The person we are looking for will have exceptional knowledge of all state and federal regulations, keep current with new health care laws, a proven track record with positive survey results, and will lead QA and health care analytics in all areas of senior housing including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Short Term Rehabilitation and Long Term Care. If you are a seasoned Registered Nurse with a career in Senior Housing and you want to work with an organization committed to resident care, an organization that is cutting edge with technology and design, and you want to work with the best team in the industry, we would like to meet you. What you will need for this position: Bachelor in Nursing 3 plus year in senior housing, skilled care a big plus!
