Overview
Watermark Retirement Communities has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Director of Health Services. In this role you will lead the clinical team in your region to provide extraordinary support to the community clinical operations teams. The person we are looking for will have exceptional knowledge of all state and federal regulations, keep current with new health care laws, a proven track record with positive survey results, and the ability to lead QA and health care analytics across all areas of senior housing including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Short Term Rehabilitation and Long Term Care.

Responsibilities
Lead the regional clinical team to support community clinical operations.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Monitor and improve survey results, QA, and health care analytics across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Short Term Rehabilitation, and Long Term Care.
Collaborate with regional and site leadership to optimize resident care and operational performance.
Travel across multiple states as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor in Nursing
3+ years in senior housing; skilled care a big plus
Strong business acumen
3+ years in a corporate clinical position
Exceptional knowledge of state and federal regulations
Ability to work in multiple states
Excellent management skills
Highly organized
Great communication skills
Computer literate
Ability to travel
