The Department of Medicine, Section of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) is seeking an Assistant Professor with an interest in clinical endocrinology, medical education, and clinical research. Job Duties

The clinical full-time equivalent, or 01.0 cFTE work component, consists of direct patient care in the ambulatory setting at Baylor Medicine, McNair Campus and inpatient consultative care at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center. The successful candidate would be dedicated to developing a clinical practice that focuses on general endocrinology and diabetes. He/She would be expected to teach fellows within the BCM Endocrinology Fellowship program. The Section of Endocrinology at BCM has over 20 faculty members with multiple active research grants from NIH, VA, and industry, and a thriving fellowship program with 10 post-doctoral clinical fellows. Minimum Education: M.D. or equivalent Requirements: Candidates must be board-eligible or board-certified endocrinologists. Minimum Licensure/Certification: Licensed by the Texas Medical Board.
