Asante Asante is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in Medford, Oregon. Overview

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant operates as an established medical authority in a collaborative care team environment with physicians. They prepare and record patient histories, perform physical examinations, and formulate treatment plans. They participate in management of patient care by facilitating and coordinating routine diagnostic procedures, writing orders for appropriate medical care, and determining needs for consultation. They triage patient calls and return calls in conjunction with the physicians. Responsibilities

Education: Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program. Licensure: Ability to obtain Nurse Practitioner (NP) license by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification by NCCPA and licensure by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners (OBME) required. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
