Position Summary Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in White City, Oregon. The NP or PA operates as an established medical authority in a collaborative care team environment with physicians. Responsible for preparing and recording patient history, performing physical examinations, formulating treatment plans, facilitating routine diagnostic procedures, writing orders, triaging patient calls, and coordinating care with physicians.
Position Requirements
Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
Licensure:
NP license by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) OR PA‑C certified by NCCPA and licensed by Oregon Board of Medical Examiners (OBME).
Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and federal health programs.
Qualified to participate in hospital’s professional malpractice and liability coverage.
