LifeBridge Health (LBH) is a regional health care organization based in Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Carroll County, MD. LBH is seeking a Chief of OB/GYN to provide strategic direction and leadership of the Department of OB/GYN at Sinai Hospital. As the largest, most comprehensive provider of health-related services to the people of the Greater Baltimore region, the system is licensed for 1,947 beds and earns approximately $2 billion in annual revenues. There are about 2,900 physicians on the medical staff and over 13,000 employees. LBH includes Sinai Hospital, Northwest Hospital, Carroll Hospital, Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, and Grace Medical Center. The BirthPlace at Sinai Hospital performs 1,800 births annually and has received recognition for patient safety and high performance. Sinai Hospital is a teaching hospital affiliated with George Washington University, hosting medical students and residents in OB/GYN. The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks a Chief of OB/GYN to lead and develop the department, report to the Chief Physician Executive, and oversee clinical, educational, and administrative functions. Teach future OB/GYNs in an ACGME-certified residency program. Lead a team of general OB/GYNs, maternal-fetal medicine physicians, APPs, and residents across multiple clinics. Maintain high-quality prenatal, postnatal, and gynecologic care, including a growing MFM practice and gynecologic oncology division. Support labor and delivery services through a laborist program. Chief Responsibilities

Manage clinical activities, staff, budget, and policies of the department. Coordinate with hospital administration on operations, equipment, and capital planning. Participate in recruitment, evaluation, and disciplinary actions. Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and community engagement. Serve on hospital committees and support hospital initiatives. Qualifications

MD or DO, Board Certified in OB/GYN. Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency. License and DEA registration in Maryland. 7-10 years of leadership experience; previous chair experience preferred. Experience in academic settings and community engagement. Strategic planning and management skills; master's degree preferred. Benefits
