Join Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital as a full-time Vascular Surgeon in the heart of California’s beautiful wine country. You will be joining two other well-established and supportive Vascular Surgeons providing a mix of both inpatient and outpatient care at a large, state-of-the-art facility. You will also be providing some call coverage for both Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital. What We Offer Mix of inpatient and outpatient care On-site lab and diagnostic services New graduates will be considered Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package, and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates Compensation is between $458,000 and $666,432 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
