This FQHC seeks a full-time Clinical Physician primarily based at their Main Clinic. Under administrative direction, independently perform physical exams for a broad patient age range (pediatric to geriatric), diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and disorders, and select appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions, including prescribing medication, administering vaccines, and ordering diagnostic tests. Obtain medical history from patients, parents, or guardians, and review developmental and medical histories. Participate in diagnostic staffing to correlate findings, determine diagnoses, and develop treatment plans. Discuss findings and recommendations with patients, families, and agencies as needed. Manage medications, including prescriptions, efficacy monitoring, and adverse reaction surveillance. Perform related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine degree from an ACGME-accredited medical college. Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Med-Peds. Unrestricted Illinois medical license or eligibility. Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Additional Benefits & Details
