Job Overview A leading law firm is seeking to expand its partner-level talent across multiple office locations along the East Coast. Location Washington, DC Duties Lead and manage complex legal matters within core practice areas, including Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates. Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to the firm’s business development efforts. Work closely with other partners and legal teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Mentor and guide junior attorneys, helping them grow professionally within the firm. Contribute to the firm’s strategic initiatives, including community outreach, marketing, and thought leadership. Requirements Significant experience in a law firm environment with a proven ability to generate and maintain client relationships. Expertise in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas: Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts & Estates. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the bar in at least one jurisdiction where the position is based. Skills Exceptional legal research, writing, and analysis skills. Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across practice areas. Client management and relationship-building expertise. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
