In coordination with Human Resources, the Clinical Director will also handle offboarding processes and address performance improvement or disciplinary needs as necessary. Hours of Care Standards: The Clinical Director will maintain or exceed efficiency expectations as established by the organization. Individual and overall team efficiency are reviewed and discussed on an as needed basis.
