Clinical Director, Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) at Gracent. The Clinical Director of SLP will play a critical leadership role in the success and growth of our pediatric therapy programs. The ideal candidate is a CCC-SLP who is passionate about pediatric care, clinical quality, and team development. This role includes strategic oversight of the speech-language pathology (SLP) and mental health (MH) teams and operational coordination of the MH team, with clinical oversight provided by Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs). This role drives client outcomes, team performance, and program operations by monitoring Balanced Scorecard goals, clinical quality, financial targets, and client satisfaction. The Clinical Director will supervise and provide strategic oversight of all SLP and MH operations and therapists, advancing Gracent’s mission to deliver exceptional, family-centered care. Total compensation is $85,000–$105,000 , based on experience and qualifications. Essential Functions: Client Care & Administration:
Lead clinical standards across the SLP team and provide operational and supervisory support for LCSWs, ensuring alignment with Gracent’s interdisciplinary care standards. Culture Development:
Lead by example, promote the company's goals, mission, and vision, and create a collaborative culture. Assess and organize ongoing training for team members and maintain a safe, orderly, and organized work environment in collaboration with SLPs and mental health professionals. Team Performance Tracking:
Ensure team members bill for therapy appointments and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner to meet care-hour standards. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the SLP/MH teams, perform documentation audits, and enforce procedures for client cancellations and rescheduling opportunities. Team Management:
Oversee staffing needs and guide team development across locations. Set goals, recruit and interview, guide new hires through the 90-day orientation, and conduct performance reviews. In coordination with Human Resources, handle offboarding and address performance or disciplinary needs as necessary. Hours of Care Standards:
Maintain or exceed efficiency expectations as established by the organization; review efficiency at needed intervals. Optimization of Operations:
Collaborate with other Clinical Directors, Regional/Area Directors, and leadership to identify and implement operational improvements within SLP/MH departments and across the organization. Interdisciplinary Care Collaboration:
Collaborate with doctors, teachers, BCBAs, RBTs/BTs, and other pediatric therapists. Facilitate cross-referrals as clinically appropriate and educate caregivers on Gracent’s services. Marketing:
Support marketing efforts, build relationships with area schools, and attend conferences to stay updated on evidence-based practices. Other Responsibilities:
Demonstrate flexibility in leadership and perform additional duties as required.Responsibilities may evolve based on company needs. Note to Applicants:

This role is designed for an SLP to lead a cross-functional team and is supported by experienced LCSWs. Qualifications: Licensed speech-language pathologist with state license in good standing and 5+ years of pediatric experience preferred 1+ year supervising team members Experience working with ASD preferred Ability to travel regularly between Gracent’s centers to support SLP/MH therapists and cover sessions, with additional travel for marketing and outreach Proven experience coordinating and executing plans to achieve quality, clinical, and operational goals of a center Experience collaborating across departments to solve problems and meet departmental metrics Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment Competencies and Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to interpret data and strategize for growth and improvement Strong judgment and decision-making Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Excellent organization, planning, prioritization, and multi-project management Strategic and proactive mindset with problem-solving and decision-making skills Collaborative, with ability to work with minimal supervision Commitment to confidentiality and integrity Physical Demands: Regularly sit, stand, bend, and walk; lift up to 45 pounds Mobility to interact with children and maintain energy to engage in play Visual and auditory ability adequate for written and verbal communication Moderate noise level in the work environment Why Choose Gracent?
