NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a
Clinical Director
for our Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) located in Westborough, MA.
The IRTPs are short-term locked facilities serving male and female youth referred through the Department of Mental Health (DMH). NFI's IRTPs are statewide residential programs for adolescents with serious mental illnesses and/or severe emotional and behavioral disturbances.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Clinical Director in planning, implementing, and overseeing clinical services.
Review client clinical records to ensure quality and compliance with funding source regulations.
Provide feedback and training to staff on record keeping.
Offer individual counseling as appropriate, based on each client's treatment plan.
Facilitate and coordinate clinical in-service training and develop curricula for therapeutic groups.
Collaborate with management and staff on therapeutic milieu and clinical orientation.
Facilitate family meetings and home visits as defined by treatment plans.
Act as liaison with psychiatrists and other agencies providing clinical services.
Participate in case conferences, treatment meetings, and clinical reviews.
Familiarize with all emergency procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations.
Supervise and support clinical staff development.
Job Requirements:
Position may support complex cases or family therapy; does not always carry a caseload.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT license required.
Experience with adolescents and their families, with expertise in trauma and crisis management.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills.
Must be fully vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated against COVID-19, as per state regulations.
Salary and Benefits: Salary: $90,000 annually
