Oversee accounts payable, invoice processing, coding, and check runs Reconcile financial data, including tenant charges, credit card statements, and income statements Assist with payroll processing and vendor compliance (W-9s, 1099s) Requirements
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Appfolio preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
