Location opportunities include the San Francisco Bay Area or San Diego, CA with a hybrid office setup. The position requires up to 30% domestic travel. Responsibilities

Lead and drive the development of large-scale renewable energy projects from siting/acquisition through permitting, design, interconnection approvals, contracting, financing and handover to construction. Manage due diligence on portfolio acquisitions, identify opportunities and risks, and prioritize development efforts across multiple project portfolios. Structure and oversee co-development partnerships to grow the development pipeline. Oversee project pro-forma models and assist in negotiating project agreements including MSAs, PPAs, IAs, EPC contracts and O&M agreements. Lead financing due-diligence efforts and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on site evaluation, design, technology options, and procurement strategies. Manage relationships with technical consultants, land experts, and surveyors; develop and manage budgets and schedules; lead budget/forecast management and variance analysis. Provide leadership to cross-functional project teams and identify new market and greenfield opportunities across the US. Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 8+ years of professional experience; minimum 4 years of project development experience in renewable energy. Proven problem-solver with a track record of moving projects to NTP; experience with project real estate rights, land contracting, title resolutions, and ALTA surveys. Knowledge of environmental regulations, governmental rules, and market trends affecting project development; familiarity with grid interconnection elements and processes. Proficient in managing project budgets and schedules; experience with MSAs, PPAs, EPC contracts, and O&M agreements. Hands-on management of projects from start to finish; ability to lead diverse project teams across multiple regions. Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with MS Office, MS Project, and PowerPoint. Location and Travel

Location: San Francisco Bay Area or San Diego, CA (hybrid office). Up to 30% domestic travel required. Compensation

Base Pay - $110,000 - $165,000. The pay range is a guideline; offers are tailored based on skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks. Total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus, long-term incentive plan, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. Final details discussed during later hiring stages. Benefits
