As a Store Manager, you are a charismatic leader with exceptional service and sales acumen. Reporting into the District Manager, you will drive the growth and awareness of Mejuri in your store and market. You are passionate about leading teams, leading by example, building motivation, and creating an environment that demonstrates the Mejuri values. You are the ambassador of the Mejuri brand; accountable for creating a highly productive store environment that exceeds customer expectations and provides an engaging and inclusive atmosphere where employees are motivated and supported to do their best. You will manage all aspects of profit, people, and process within your store, partnering with People Operations, Retail Operations, Marketing and Merchandising to exceed targets. Responsibilities

Revenue & Profitability Responsible for the financial health and profitability of your store, driving revenue and exceeding targets. Manage store spend and seek opportunities to minimize costs. Review and monitor daily, weekly, monthly business and people results; create strategic plans with the District Manager to achieve targets. Support store team in setting and achieving KPI goals, driving a culture of performance, cost awareness and accountability; develop business acumen to analyze results and plan for improvement. Mitigate risk within store, identify and resolve gaps or roadblocks to profitability, protect assets including theft, inventory accuracy, and shrink. Coordinate with Visual Merchandising to ensure correct assortment to drive profitability and sales. People Ensure right staffing levels and structure across the store. Participate in sourcing, assessment, and selection of talent to support growth. Oversee onboarding of new talent and ongoing performance reviews against KPIs. Build healthy relationships and a positive work environment. Ensure quality store schedules and responsible live-week management. Provide learning opportunities to prepare teams for current and future roles. Uphold Mejuri compensation philosophy and retain high performers while managing exits of low performers when necessary. Adhere to compliance practices and resolve escalations with People Operations. Customer Experience Lead by example to validate quality of in-store customer experience and coach the team on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling. Provide in-store coaching on hosting, customer service, and product knowledge. Lead client strategy to build relationships with existing customers and attract new customers. Promote services including piercing and engraving and other offerings. Brand Act as an ambassador of Mejuri’s culture and values. Identify opportunities for marketing initiatives to drive new and repeat customers and community engagement at store level. Partner with Marketing and Store Services to host quarterly events at each location (e.g., Fine Crew & Piercing events). Build and maintain relationships within local communities to drive brand awareness. Operations Provide day-to-day support to ensure objectives are met and standards are maintained. Identify gaps, risks, and roadblocks; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve. Partner with Operations for monthly inventory and cycle counts; ensure proper technology and troubleshooting guidance. Champion best practices and maintain store functions to operate seamlessly and achieve KPIs. Qualifications & Requirements

Experience in a high-volume retail store. Understanding of local market and requirements relevant to new store openings. Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses. Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of attracting, developing, and motivating top talent; adaptable to change and able to lead in fast-paced environments. Strong service excellence with a consumer-facing mindset. Deep local knowledge and trends in retail; well-connected with a network to support growth. Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a tolerance for iteration. Bonus:
