We are seeking a strategic and dynamic **Sr. Director, Global HR Business Partner** to lead our global HR Business Partner team and shape the people strategy at Reputation. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving initiatives that enable business growth, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance the employee experience across our global workforce.* Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company values.* Act as a strategic partner to executives and senior leaders, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.* Partner closely with cross-functional HR leaders (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, People Operations) to deliver integrated people strategies that drive business performance.* Champion a people-first, performance-based culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and innovation.* Drive the performance management process, ensuring clear goal-setting, meaningful feedback, and effective talent reviews across the organization.* Oversee employee relations globally, balancing risk mitigation with proactive engagement strategies to strengthen culture and retention.* Lead succession planning, leadership coaching, and development initiatives to build organizational capability and prepare the business for future growth.* Ensure compliance with global employment laws and practices, while driving consistency, scalability, and efficiency in HR programs and processes.* Partner with Talent Acquisition to align workforce planning with business needs and ensure a positive, seamless candidate and employee onboarding experience.* Influence and guide leaders through organizational change, helping teams navigate transformation with resilience and clarity.* Serve as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing and evolving the values that define our company globally.* 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role supporting executives and managing teams.* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.* Proven experience leading and developing HR teams across multiple geographies.* Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to business objectives.* Strong knowledge
