Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $300,000.00/yr - $375,000.00/yr
Compensation range of $350,000
Sign-on bonus
Production bonus
Flexible work schedules. Full-time and part-time (20 hours/week+) available
100% outpatient work. No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends
Generous above-market compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings

Role and Responsibilities
Provide outpatient psychiatric care (medication management and therapy) in a clinical outpatient setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based mental health care
Maintain patient-centered care while upholding clinical excellence
Qualifications
Fully licensed in Utah
Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry
Unencumbered DEA
Experience in both medication management and therapy
Hybrid role
Locations Currently 3 office locations in the Greater Salt Lake area: Murray, Lehi, Riverton and Bountiful, Utah. Planned expansions to Pleasant Grove and Draper, Utah later this year.
