This role is part of LifeStance Health’s growing outpatient behavioral health practice. Compensation is $300,000 – $375,000 per year, commensurate with skills and experience. Our mission is to improve access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.

Qualifications
Fully licensed in Utah.
Board eligible/board certified (BE/BC) in Psychiatry.
Unencumbered DEA registration.
Experience in medication management and therapy.
Hybrid role (clinical + telemedicine).
Locations Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, Draper, and future openings in 2026.
