Overview
LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults in outpatient settings, both in-person at clinics nationwide and through telemedicine. We are actively seeking part-time (15 hours and up) or full-time (30 hours or more) Adult or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our group in California.
What we offer Psychiatrists
Competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential
Comp range of $375,000 to $440,000

Location and Schedule
Santa Monica, CA
Locations are throughout the area to make commuting easier
Beautifully designed offices that are thoughtfully laid out
Monday - Friday with weekends optional
Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules
Hybrid between office and home (as little as 1 day a week in the office)
Roles and Qualifications
Licensed in California
BE/BC
Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
