LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare focused on evidence-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, both in clinics nationwide and via telemedicine. We are a leading behavioral health practice with a mission to improve access to trusted, affordable, and personalized care. We are actively seeking a part-time (15 hours and up) or full-time (30 hours or more) Adult or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our California-based group. Clinicians have the flexibility to treat in the manner they prefer, including as much or as little psychotherapy as they choose, and to create their own caseload and patient load. Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric care for adult and/or child and adolescent populations as appropriate. Manage medication for patients and offer therapy as part of a comprehensive treatment plan, as experienced by the clinician. Location and Schedule
Folsom, CA Locations throughout the area to ease commuting Office design emphasizes thoughtful layout Monday – Friday schedule with weekends optional Flexible schedule to support work/life balance Hybrid option with as little as 1 day per week in the office Qualifications
Licensed in California Board-eligible or board-certified (BE/BC) Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations Experience in both medication management and therapy Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation based on productivity with uncapped earning potential Compensation range: $375,000 to $440,000 Sign-on bonus Yearly incentive bonus Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with 4% match Part-time and full-time options Yearly funds toward association or license dues CME allowance Paid paternity leave Malpractice insurance provided About LifeStance Health
