The Neurology Department at Crystal Run Healthcare is a busy, well-established, state-of-the-art practice serving patients throughout Orange County, Hudson Valley, and the lower Catskills. We have the team, equipment, and support you need to practice at the peak of your license and thrive as a Neurologist or Neurophysiologist today and tomorrow! Fellowship-trained, physician-led, patient centered team-based care environment. Opportunities for growth and development. Stability of an established, reputable practice within a collegial multispecialty group with a large referral base of over 400 local providers spanning over 70 medical and surgical specialties and sub-specialties. Direct support staff and teams to assist with patient care and workflow. Autonomy and independence in practice, including a strong affiliation with local tertiary care hospital(s) and ambulatory surgery center(s) that provide a full range of neurologic care services. Desirable Monday - Friday schedules during normal business hours for work-life balance. Manageable rotating on-call support and local inpatient rounding (e.g., 1:8-week rotation). Patient census - primarily adult focus (18+). New grads are welcome to apply! Primary Responsibilities

The Neurology specialists at Crystal Run Healthcare are based out of our office locations in Middletown, NY; Monroe, NY; Newburgh, NY; West Nyack, NY; and Rock Hill, NY. An ideal candidate would be someone willing to split time weekly between our Monroe, NY office (2-3 days per week) and travel to our Middletown, NY office the other 2-3 days per week; we could also consider basing someone at one location based on preference. Investigate, diagnose, and treat full range neurological disorders, including diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles such as headaches, back pain, neuropathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, stroke, seizures, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson\'s disease, Alzheimer\'s disease, and other neurological disorders. Common therapies include physical therapy, medications, nerve blocks/stimulators, trigger point injections, and BOTOX for neuromuscular conditions including headaches. In some cases, neurosurgery may be required. Provide comprehensive medical and surgical neurological care within a team of 9 fellowship-trained Neurologists and Advanced Practice Clinicians. Consult with patients about neurological health and provide the latest advancements in care. Refer patients to advanced specialists as needed. Examine and diagnose patients to determine need for procedures/surgery, oversee treatment pre- and post-surgery and identify risks. Order tests and interpret results to determine the best treatment options. Maintain appropriate medical records and results. Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, including CAT scans, MRI, ultrasound of major head/neck vessels, neurophysiologic studies, EEG, EMG/evoked potentials, and lumbar punctures. Required Qualifications

Completion of (or in process of completing) accredited relevant fellowship training program(s). Board Certified in Neurology and any sub-specialties. Unrestricted New York State Medical License (or ability to obtain). Current New York State DEA certificate (or ability to obtain). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. The salary range for New York residents is $284,306 to $414,001 per year. Salary range defined as total cash compensation at target. Pay is based on experience and metrics, and includes benefits information as applicable.
