HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. Decatur is home to Millikin University and the Millikin Decatur Symphony Orchestra. It is a short drive from Champaign and Bloomington and has its own airport, making travel easy. Decatur offers a lake with access for various boats, public and private schools, arts, sports, and recreational activities.
Practice Highlights
Well established, growing practice with community support
100% Outpatient Practice
Monday-Friday schedule with 4 or 5 day options
Minimal, phone-only call with group sharing
No holiday or weekend work
Strong support staff
EPIC EMR
Position Requirements
Unrestricted Illinois license before start
Board Certified or Eligible
Compensation & Benefits
Two-year base guarantee
Sign-On bonus, housing incentive, relocation assistance
Residency stipends for residents
20 days off + 6 holidays annually
CME reimbursement and days
Potential productivity and quality bonuses
Pay range: $300,000-$399,406, based on experience.
Qualifications Education:
Clinical doctorate required.
Experience:
Competence in healthcare delivery for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics is required.
Licenses & Certifications:
Illinois medical license, BLS, Controlled Substance license, Federal DEA, residency completion, board certification or eligibility.
