Work at Greenfield Family Medicine, providing primary care to patients in the north Pioneer Valley. Participate in our Family Medicine Residency program at UMass Chan-Baystate, with a faculty appointment. Enjoy comprehensive support including medical assistants, nurse triage, onsite lab, behavioral health integration, and large multispecialty group access. Utilize state-of-the-art EMR and tech support. Collaborate with advanced practitioners and physicians. Flexible scheduling options, full-time (32 patient-facing hours) and part-time roles available.
