to join our Graduate Medical Education program in West Columbia, SC. Candidates with additional qualifications in

are encouraged to apply. Faculty Responsibilities
The Family Medicine Core Faculty will focus on resident education and support the FM Program Director in developing, leading, supervising, and maintaining the residency program. Knowledge of accreditation standards and involvement in program evaluation and the annual ACGME Faculty Survey are required. Professional Development
Faculty members will have opportunities for certification by the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine (ABLM) and participate in scholarly projects, quality improvement, and faculty development. Job Requirements
Board certification in Family Medicine Medical license in South Carolina Preferred: Experience as core faculty in an ACGME-accredited program Strong leadership skills Privileges in the Department of Family Medicine at Lexington Medical Center Responsibilities
Residency training administration, including resident evaluations and recruitment Professional development and scholarly activities Mentoring residents and staff in professionalism, quality, and patient safety Clinical Duties
Provide family medicine care and support the residency Comply with clinical regulations Call duties in line with faculty expectations About Lexington Medical Center GME Program
