Overview
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting a Medical Dosimetrist to provide onsite services to eligible beneficiaries of the Seattle VA Medical Center located at 1660 South Columbian Way. The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers.

Responsibilities
Perform dosimetry functions under MDCB certification
Receive direction from VA Radiation Oncologist and/or Medical Physicist
Design treatment plans (SRS/SRT, HyperArc, IMRT, SBRT, 2D/3D, IGRT)
Assist with simulations and tumor localization (CT, MRI, PET-CT fusions)
Oversee fabrication of beam-modifying and immobilization devices
Implement treatment plans and verify correct use of devices
Perform and document dosimetric calculations
Support Medical Physicist in QA, calibration, and radiation protection
Qualifications
MDCB certification
Minimum 2 years of continuous recent experience
Experience requirements:
2 years: QA procedures documentation
1 year: ACR/APEX certified healthcare system
1 year: Varian TrueBeam with Rapid Arc
1 year: IGRT with Cone Beam CT (TG-142 standards)
3 years: Eclipse planning system, ARIA system (SRS, SRT, SBRT, IMRT modalities)
3 years: GE CT Simulator (or equivalent)

Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
Lift up to 20 lbs
Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
