Location: Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice, Defiance, OH Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (flexible scheduling available) Patient Volume: 22–28 patients per day Patient Demographics: 25% pediatrics, 50% adults, 25% geriatrics Call Schedule: Shared with current providers Why Join Us?
