Up to a $10,000 sign on bonus

Position Details
Flexible part-time for the right candidate
Direct referrals from several General Dentists
Predominantly PPO practice
Comprehensive dental office
Compensation
50% of production
Full time Dentist expected to make between $250,000 and $500,000
Up to a $10,000 sign on bonus
Schedule Flexible
Locations Supporting 3 offices:
Primary Office:
5610 176th Street East, D108 Puyallup, WA 98375
Secondary Offices:
21105 SR 410, Suite G4 Bonney Lake, WA 98391 1420 Marvin Rd NE Lacey, WA 98516

Position Qualifications
Board Certified/ Board Eligible
1 year of experience preferred
Endodontic Residency Certificate
Accredited Dental School Graduate
Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
