Hospitalist Advanced Practice Clinician in Overland Park, KS - 54628BR Join our established hospital medicine (HM) team at AdventHealth South Overland Park in Overland Park, Kansas, as a full-time physician assistant (PA) or nurse practitioner (NP) providing inpatient patient care. Primary responsibility is performing admissions to the hospital medicine service line along with rounding on a few existing patients, as needed. This is an ideal position for the experienced advanced practice clinician (APC) who is passionate about inpatient medicine and working independently. Responsibilities
Perform admissions to the hospital medicine service line. Rounding on existing patients as needed. Collaborate with an outstanding and stable team of physicians, APCs, specialists, and nursing staff to provide top-notch patient care. Qualifications & Requirements
Hospital medicine practice experience as an APC. Preference for applicants with a current Kansas license and readiness to start within 90-120 days. Schedule & Details
Shift: 11am to 7pm Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off Average 12 patient encounters daily (admissions + rounding) EMR system: Epic Benefits
