Overview
Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country''s premier non-profit health care networks, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with experience in Geriatric Medicine, Palliative Care or Hospice to join a collegial team of Hospitalists at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, the largest and one of the most comprehensive tertiary care facilities in Arizona. Clinical responsibilities include working with a team of hospitalist physicians to admit, manage, and discharge hospitalized patients of all acuity levels. Opportunity Details
Hours and shifts: Weekend hours only - Thursday-Saturday or Friday-Sunday - 3 12-hour shifts Call: no overnight call No night shifts Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and pharmacy plans 401K Plan with 4% match after one year CME days plus allowance Paid Malpractice Requirements
New grads are okay; acute care experience is preferred. Any experience in geriatrics or palliative medicine is preferred. Current State of Arizona RN license or in process Certification as a NP or PA Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix
