In this role you will provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care to a variety of animals, ensuring their health and well-being. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions, performing surgeries, guiding pet owners on health maintenance, and collaborating with a skilled team to deliver exceptional patient care. You will also help develop and maintain a high quality, efficient, and effective medical team, by fostering an environment of trust, teamwork and accountability by working in tandem with the Hospital Manager and reporting directly to the Regional Manager. Position: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Location: San Mateo, CA What You'll Do: Provide exceptional medical, surgical, and dental care to a variety of pets Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions Offer preventative care and client education to promote pet wellness Collaborate with a compassionate team of veterinary professionals and support staff Maintain detailed and accurate medical records What We Offer: Competitive salary: $130,000 – $150,000 (negotiable based on experience) Production Incentive Plan / bonus structure No negative accrual and no non-compete!
