Diagnostic Radiologist (Full-Time, Onsite/Remote)
We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team in the picturesque Finger Lakes region at the MRI Department of a large health center. Salary:
$470,000.00 - $570,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely diagnostic services including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and basic NM. Engage in weekday imaging coverage onsite or remotely from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Participate in night service preliminary reads for all modalities from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am daily. Handle weekday call from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm and weekend call from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm for cross-sectional imaging. Interpret and report on diagnostic images, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy. Maintain professional knowledge and participate in continuing education activities. Minimum Position Qualifications: MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Radiology. Proficiency in X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and basic NM. Valid NYS medical license or eligibility. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience or training in mammography, especially for candidates interested in on-site roles. Prior experience in a large health center or hospital-based imaging department. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Skills: High level of proficiency in radiological technologies and tools. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of cases effectively.
