$400,000-$500,000 Annually We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible general otolaryngologist with specialized interest and proficiency in otology to join our dynamic and collaborative ENT team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who enjoys the breadth of general ENT care but has a particular passion and proven ability in advanced otologic procedures. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive general ENT services to a diverse patient population Perform advanced otologic procedures with an emphasis on: Complex middle ear and ossicular chain reconstruction Cochlear implants (CIs) Surgical management of cholesteatomas Participate in call rotation shared equitably among ENT providers Collaborate with audiologists, allergy nurse, and referring providers Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology Strong surgical experience and confidence in cochlear implantation and middle ear pathology management Interest in maintaining a broad general ENT practice alongside an otologic focus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous clinical excellence What We Offer: First year hospital supported income Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement Paid CME, malpractice insurance, and relocation assistance Track to partnership within 1-year of start date Supportive infrastructure for developing an otology-focused referral base Practice Highlights: Modern, fully equipped ENT clinic with audiology and hearing aid services on-site Surgical volume with existing demand for otologic services Multispecialty collaboration and streamlined referral pathways Strong support from experienced physician colleagues and staff Contact Information jwhittington@southvalleyent.com, (801)-566-8304 (ext. 104) #J-18808-Ljbffr
