Job Title: Otolaryngologist – Otology Specialist Job Type: Part Time (0.3 FTE, every other week schedule) Place of Performance: Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104 Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Fellowship training in Otology Unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. state or territory Current BLS and ACLS certification Eligible for VA credentialing and privileging Proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation Duties
Provide clinic coverage and surgical services for ear and balance disorders Perform specialized otology procedures including mastoidectomy, tympanotomy, cochlear implantation, stapedectomy, and bone-anchored hearing aid placement Diagnose and manage hearing loss, balance disorders, and related ear pathologies Ensure compliance with VA and national clinical standards of care Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation Support continuity of care through effective patient communication and follow-up Seniority level
