We’re looking for Family Medicine Physicians who share in our mission and belief that exceptional care and compassion should be accessible for all patients. You’ll have an opportunity to treat patients from the heart as you provide primary care in our ambulatory setting at the health center, with resident teaching and training available on site. We are a well-regarded health center that emphasizes patient-centered care. We were early adopters of EPIC EHR and are NCQA-certified as a level 3 Medical Home Model of Care. You’ll have a dynamic opportunity to make a profound difference in people’s lives. We treat everyone—our mission is to serve all, regardless of insurance or income or background. You can help serve the communities of East Boston, Chelsea, Winthrop and Revere, with convenient commutes via the Blue Line and easy access to downtown Boston. Bi-lingual Spanish or Arabic skills are highly valuable, and our Medical Interpreter Department is part of the Practice Team. Boston residents are preferred. Competitive compensation and excellent benefits include health, dental, pretax spending accounts, 401k with health center match, life, disability, and generous staff development benefits. Providers may obtain privileges at Boston Medical Center. NeighborHealth provides excellent malpractice coverage; as a FQHC we offer FTCA coverage and a second policy through a commercial broker.
